A Day In Solitude
Well, today sucked. We got a truck in, but my new manager was being trained, so I didn't get to actually work on it til almost two hours later. By that point, I was stuck on auditing duty.
But that's not the part that sucked. The sucky part was learning my (former now) coworkers are no longer part of my team. Meaning I'd be working alone for the most part, unless the part-timer comes in.
Supposedly we're getting a new coworker next week, and potentially more. Two managers will help work the truck in the morning, but I have a feeling we're gonna fall behind again…what a day. 😔
Oh shoot…and no one has made a bale all week, despite it being in dire need. My coworkers were the only ones who did that, and I never learned (and don't want to). So uh…hm.
The only perk to all this is that I get to be alone and listen to my music and podcasts in peace.
